Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover Vancouver, part of Dilawri Group of Companies, seeks a Service Lot Attendant to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of dealership vehicles and lot areas to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role supports the Service Department by preparing vehicles for delivery, assisting with vehicle movement, and keeping the dealership grounds clean, safe, and customer-ready.

Qualifications

• Valid British Columbia Driver’s License.
• ICBC driving record abstract available on request.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team.
• Ability to operate assigned equipment and vehicles safely.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality-control standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customer delivery or dealership display.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation to support an exceptional customer experience.
• Start vehicles regularly, check for dead batteries, and recharge batteries as needed.
• Keep the vehicle inventory lot organized in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area by removing trash and debris from vehicles and workspaces.
• Ensure the delivery area is clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
• Organize and store all supplies at the end of each shift.
• During winter months, clear snow and ice from doorways, vehicles, and lot areas and ensure walkways remain safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Overview

The Service Lot Attendant at Jaguar Land Rover Vancouver plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of dealership vehicles and lot areas. This position supports the Service Department by preparing vehicles for delivery, assisting with vehicle movement, and ensuring the dealership grounds remain clean, safe, and customer‑ready.

The pay for this position is $22.16 per hour.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customer delivery or dealership display.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation to support an exceptional customer experience.
• Start vehicles regularly, check for dead batteries, and recharge batteries as needed.
