A leading mobility solutions provider in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a Service Lead to enhance customer experiences and oversee efficient operations in their service department. This full-time, on-site role requires strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage competing demands. We are adding a Service Lead to our Windsor, Ontario location. This is a full-time position working on-site to oversee and support our busy and dynamic Service department comprised of Coordinators and Technicians.
You have professional work experience and are comfortable responding to competing demands and prioritizing tasks. You have high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to help wherever and whenever you are needed. As a Service Lead, you will take ownership of our client experience and ensure our valued clients, their loved ones, and community healthcare practitioners receive excellent service. You will drive behind-the-scenes efficiency and processes and collaborate with colleagues in our store and warehouse.
