Techive Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state‑of‑the‑art engineering facilities in the Woodlands North Region. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and contribute to the success of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on a range of engineering equipment and systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimise downtime and maintain productivity
• Conducting regular inspections and servicing to identify and address potential problems proactively
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement best practices and continuously improve maintenance processes
• Provision emergency response to clients
• Documenting maintenance activities and providing detailed reports to management
• Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

What we’re looking for

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering industry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
• Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Required on duty shift system and participate for Emergency Response Call shift duty
• Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
• Preferred residents in Singapore
