Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to incoming requests via telephone, web portal, email, and chat.
  • Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are not appropriate.
