Job summary

The Home Depot in Toronto, ON is hiring a Part Time Service Desk Associate to help customers find the right solutions for their projects. You will process Customer Order Management (COM) orders from start to finish and ensure customer satisfaction.

Role involves liaising with Project Support Centre, Kitchen Designers, vendors and installers, coordinating order-related activities and providing timely, accurate service. AI-assisted screening may be used, with human oversight throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Follow through on all Customer Order Management (COM) orders from start to finish until the customer is satisfied.
  • Coordinate all order-related activities in partnership with the Project Support Centre, delivery companies, vendors and service providers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, Project Support Centre, Kitchen Designers, Home Depot Associates, vendors, installers and third party agents.

The pay range for this position is between $20.35 - $22.10
