A Canadian service provider is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage work schedules for Service Technicians in North York, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have three years of administrative experience and strong organizational and communication skills. Our experienced Service technicians are thoroughly trained on maintenance and repair for natural gas and diesel powered engines and generators, transfer switches, and fuel systems. Also in the field, we have a projects team that supports our customers’ needs for turnkey generator and fuel system installations. Our solutions are cost effective and leverage our field experience to ensure our customers receive a solution that works.
Genrep is positioned for significant growth, and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organized Service Coordinator to manage and plan the work schedules of our Service Technician team. The main objective of the Service Coordinator / Dispatcher will be to maximize revenue by fully utilizing and scheduling our Service Technician fleet, while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
