About the Role: Service Coordinator (Hybrid – Winnipeg)
The Scheduler/Coordinator creates, modifies, and manages project implementation and field service schedules and is responsible for coordinating to ensure availability of service parts inventory for all ARxium products in support of field and client support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule equipment & parts delivery to customer sites; coordinate with manufacturing & logistics
- Asset Management: Salesforce (CRM) to be updated to ensure up to date device entitlement
- Maintain schedule of customer device relocation (uninstall & reinstall) and recertification
- Effect changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met for installations
- Maintain close communication with implementation, support and field service teams
- Coordinate and schedule all aspects of field service operations in accordance with material, equipment, and labor availability
- Promptly inform relevant departments of changes to current production schedules
- Display a high standard of accuracy when performing data entry tasks
- Perform related duties as assigned
Competencies
- Ideal: experience with Salesforce, Epicor, Smartsheet, Concur ADP, ProntoForms/True Context
- Based in Winnipeg (preferred) or Toronto
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; French language skills would be an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage aggressive timelines and pay close attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including high energy level, maturity, and creativity.
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
- Strong initiative; self-starter, demonstrated energy and enthusiasm
- Strong ability to multi-task, lead multiple projects, work effectively in fast paced environment under pressure
- Willingness to set and maintain a high standard of performance
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with standard ERP systems
Education and Experience
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Sedentary physical activity requiring reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking and hearing
- Visual requirement is for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus
- 50% or more time is spent looking directly at a computer
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Associate is frequently required to stand, walk (or otherwise be mobile)
- Ability to deal with stressful situations as they arise
