Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with all key stakeholders, such as Service leaders, Service Sales, and technicians, during maintenance and repair projects. This includes coordinating with customers, managing the schedule, and pushing forward submittals, among other responsibilities.
  • Own the administrative workload of the Manager, Supervisors and Salespersons so that they can maximize the time they spend on the customer and our field forces.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant customer service expertise, ideally within the building services industry, and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field.
  • Proficiency with office management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, etc.).
  • Customer service mindset and ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.

Compensation and Notes

The hiring range for this role is $57,900 – $79,640. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
