Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and professional handling of customers, invoice inquiries and any other issues.
  • Collaborate with Product Support Manager to ensure effective resolutions.
  • Process and manage WIP (work in progress) to ensure timely invoicing within cycle deadlines.
  • Implement processes required for WIP operations to ensure objectives are achieved/exceeded.
  • Ensure all work order documentation is in order and filed accordingly.
  • Process warranty work and associate Time Requirement Guides (TRG’s) for the Truck Service.
  • Process and submit Goodwill Claims.
  • Monitor, track and manage warranty analysis reports and claims to CAT including rejected claims.
  • Manage local purchases to ensure proper allocation and alignment with pricing as quoted.
  • Monitor maintenance contract variance, associated expenses and labour recap prior to payroll submissions.
  • Manage operational metrics as determined by key service indicators.
  • Participate in safe work and environmentally sound behaviours and objectives at all times.

Toromont Cat is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Sudbury. The Service Coordinator plays a vital role in the Sudbury Branch as a key contributor in superior customer service as a primary contact for internal and external customers.

In a typical day, YOU will:
