Service Coordinator

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch (30 minutes paid and 30 minutes unpaid)

Located in our head office-this role is an in office role

What your day to day will look like

You will be reporting to the Vice President of Procurement.

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed reports on all repairs and inspections.
  • Work with our vendors to maintain warranty repairs, follow up with equipment vendors to have them completed properly.
  • Assist our asset manager with the tracking of company assets and plan repairs if required.
  • Respond to inquiries from our managers in the field and provide up to date information regarding the status of repair requests, etc.
  • Complete monthly reports and complete other documentation as needed.
  • Occasionally operate a forklift.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • 1 to 3 years industry experience or related customer service experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience working with equipment, a repair shop or mechanics.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.
Our interview process
  • 20 minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter.
  • 20-40 minute assessment (depending on optional practice questions or breaks).
  • 30 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role.
