As a key member of our service team, you’ll help ensure smooth operations, support our Service Manager and Service Advisors, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
  • Adhere to the company’s Mission, Vision & Values
  • Support the Service Writer by scheduling and confirming customer service appointments.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining work orders.
  • Support customer follow‑ups regarding service updates and completion.
  • Assist in coordinating shop activities, including PDI scheduling and operational logistics.
  • Maintain an organized service counter and assist with administrative workflows.
  • Provide general support to the Service Manager and Service Writer in daily operations.
  • Assist with warranty documentation under guidance of the Service Manager.
  • Support the service department by performing additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic knowledge of service department workflow is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check, as required for the role
  • Hourly Rate : $18–$19, based on relevant RV service industry experience.
