Compensation: $105K–$110K base + 10% bonus, 4 weeks vacation, comprehensive benefits including RRSP matching (2% employee / 8% employer)
This position supports a global financial institution with offices across multiple regions, including Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. The organization serves corporate and institutional clients and offers services in areas such as capital markets, structured finance, international trade, commercial banking, technology, and risk operations.
In Canada, the institution operates in both Montreal and Toronto, providing services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including major financial institutions, investment bodies, and large multinational corporations. The Montreal office also hosts a variety of support and operational functions that work collaboratively with global teams in a follow-the-sun model.

The Service Company Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial accounting, reporting, and compliance activities for the Canadian service entity. This includes monitoring financial performance, ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance, managing invoicing and audit activities, and supporting tax and budgeting processes.
