Job summary

Your Independent Grocer is hiring store colleagues to help create a positive in-store experience across Canada. You’ll stock shelves, assist customers, and support promotions while maintaining neat displays and safe work areas.

No prior experience is required; training will prepare you to succeed in a fast-paced environment with flexible days, evenings, and weekends. This role offers opportunities for growth within a respected national grocer.

What you’ll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
