Belron Canada Incorporated, home to Speedy Glass, Lebeau vitres d’auto and Vanfax, seeks a Service Centre Manager to lead daily operations and guide a frontline team. You will be the face of the centre, build genuine customer relationships and ensure service excellence while delivering results.

You will manage staff, optimize scheduling, spot opportunities to boost revenue, and coach your team to meet and exceed goals.

Competenze

• 3 years of management and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Sales experience would be a bonus.
• Hands-on experience with vehicles is an asset.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of your Service Centre and be a role model for your team by building genuine customer relationships.
• Be the face of the centre, meeting customers with care and driving customer satisfaction (majority of time is customer-facing).
• Lead a team to achieve results by managing staff time and keeping goals in sight, asking for help when needed.
• Identify opportunities to boost store revenue and add value for customers.
