RM Auto Group is presently looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented individual to work as a full-time Service Appointment Coordinator.

Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers on the phone or in the Dealership, promptly and in a courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments based on service calls and maintain the appointment scheduler.
• Monitoring customer experience and conducting outbound phone calls for customer satisfaction surveys.
• Conducting parts follow-up calls.
• Address customer questions/needs promptly and professionally.
• Assisting with customer vehicle pick-up.
• Filling in for service advisors when required.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Automotive training, background, and experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and provide a driver's abstract and criminal record check if hired.
