Job description

A Service Advisor with Budds' Mazda will work closely with clients and a team of technicians to initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested. They will verify warranty and service contract coverage, develop estimates, write repair orders, and maintain top level customer relationships and records. Working as a Service Advisor can be a very fast paced work environment however also very slow at times, consistency and versatility is required. Working with the team at Budds' Mazda can be a very fun and rewarding experience. Strong work ethic, consistent results, and motivation are required to become successful. Some Responsibilities Include
  • Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms
  • Verifies warranty and service contract coverage
  • Develops accurate estimates
  • Obtain accurate parts and labor prices
  • Present a menu of all recommended maintenance services to every service customer
  • Prepares Repair Orders
  • Maintains customer rapport
  • Maintain monthly performance goals
  • Provide effective, efficient and timely communication
  • Handle minor customer complaints and/or misunderstandings with courtesy, tact, professionalism
  • Ensure adherence to required dress code, and maintain clean, professional and appropriate appearance
  • Any other additional duties or administrative functions, as directed by management.

New Full time Position: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed

Pay: Salary plus Commision Range - CA $50,000.00 to $70,000.00
