Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Aftersales Advisor to join our Leamington branch which is part of the Green 4 Motor Company. With over 25 years of dealer experience, we want to continue to build on our reputation of top 25 dealers in the country for providing first class service to customers and business partners alike. Therefore, we are looking for a Aftersales Advisor who possesses that same ethos.

Our highly respected Mazda dealerships pride themselves in offering the best working environments available with ongoing training and development of all its colleagues and in turn are seeking exceptional applicants looking to take on the challenge at this large volume operation.

• To maximise departmental performance in line with the market potentials through the sale of labour and parts.
• To ensure that all manufacturers’ policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Assist with planning, forecasting, and delivering targets through the growth of workshop utilisation and efficiency.
• Managing and development of the front of house service team.
• Exceeding customer satisfaction.
• Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs, and liaising with the workshop team to schedule the workload.
• Meeting customers on arrival and providing them with a seamless service, from drop off to vehicle handover.
• Updating customers with progress on their vehicle, as well as authorising additional work and making follow-up calls.
• Liaising with the Workshop, Parts and Sales department to ensure customers vehicles are ready on time.
• Providing support for line managers

About you

• Previous experience in a Service Department having worked as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller
• You will be an excellent communicator with outstanding inter personal skills
• An ability to work to a high standard, possessing a high attention to detail
• Working independently or as a team, you will have the ability to engage with other members of the dealership to encourage a smooth and efficient service for our customers
• Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Able to work between 8.30am - 5.30pm on rota, plus alternate Saturday mornings.
