Service Advisor - Wonder Auto & Tire Centre

Hey there! We are looking for a super friendly and helpful person to join our Service team at Wonder Auto & Tire Centre Halifax part of Shift Auto Group. Shift Auto Group consists of Fredericton Mitsubishi Volvo Cars New Brunswick 5 ReCar locations St Croix Auto Fredericton Kia Miramichi Kia Velocity Autobody & 11 Wonder Auto locations. Wonder Auto & Tire are a premier automotive retail repair shop dedicated to providing high‑quality service and exceptional customer experiences. Our service shops are known for its customer‑focused and value‑driven approach.

As a Service Advisor you will be a crucial member of our Service Team. Your role would be to work with our guests that trust us to perform maintenance and repairs on their vehicles and to provide them with an exceptional level of customer service.

What You Will Do :
  • Scheduling and Communication: Assist guests in setting convenient appointment times and confirm necessary maintenance or services.
  • Guest Follow‑Up: Communicate with guests post‑visit to confirm we’ve exceeded their expectations.
  • Parts and Accessories: Help guests and business customers with their parts and accessory needs.
  • Enhancing Guest Experience: Participate in various activities to continuously elevate our service.
Who We Are Looking For :
  • Empathy and Integrity: A sincere commitment to helping others and maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Natural ability to connect with people and convey information clearly.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multi‑tasking abilities and attention to detail.

No Automotive Experience No Problem! While automotive knowledge is a plus it is not required. We’re more interested in your passion for service, honesty, and strong work ethic. We’ll provide the training you need to excel.

Compensation :

$19‑23 / hour with addition of a monthly bonus incentive plan designed to reward high performing employees.

Full Benefit package consisting of dental medical health and life coverage. Currently this position is offered with no scheduled nights or weekends.
