Your area of focus

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership.

What drives your day‑to‑day?
  • Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
  • Welcoming customers and discussing their needs.
  • Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone.
  • Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
  • Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
  • Connect customers to the right auto technician.
  • Test‑drive vehicles to confirm the customer’s vehicle is repaired as needed.
  • Maintain automotive records by tracking problems and corrective actions.
Must‑have qualifications
  • Minimum of 2‑year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role.
  • CDK experience is an asset.
  • Automotive knowledge.
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with many priorities.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm when customers or situations are stressful.
  • Organization and follow‑up skills.
  • Experience and desire to work with technology.
