Job description
YOUR MISSION

At GLOBOCAM, we are the masters of mechanics, and our mission is to keep our trucks on the road: here, we fix our trucks right the first time! You will be the central point of communication between the client and the workshop for all maintenance and repair activities of the dealership.

If you’re a master in customer relations and a skilled investigator, passionate about human interactions, and believe that providing fast, efficient, and high-quality service is essential, this role is made for you!

WHAT SETS US APART
  • You will have an attractive salary that grows with you.
  • Group insurance: paramedical, dental, medication, life, and travel
  • EAP and virtual healthcare
  • A wellness account up to $1200 / year to offer you activities that nourish your body and mind.
  • A retirement savings plan (REER) that grows with you as you grow with us.
  • Advancement opportunities; with us, your career has no ceiling: growth possibilities that align with your ambitions.
  • A generous vacation program, offering 4 weeks per year, starting from your hire date.
  • Post-secondary scholarships offered to employees' children.
  • We are committed to making our employees' dreams come true.
A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAILY ROLE
  • You will be responsible for planning and organizing maintenance and mechanical services.
  • You will guide our clients throughout their experience, from arrival to truck handover.
  • You will ensure the delivery of high-quality service and provide outstanding follow-up and customer experience.
  • You will carefully and rigorously apply current quality procedures.
  • The most important part: you will carry out your investigation: asking the right questions and investigating to provide our mechanics with a clear understanding of the work to be done.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • You are known for your outstanding customer service and are always ready to take action!
  • Stress? No problem, you handle it brilliantly and know how to be a good team player
  • Priorities? You never miss a beat and always know where to direct your focus.
  • Communication is your strength: clear and effective.
  • You bring over 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • You are bilingual, as many of our clients and suppliers communicate exclusively in English, and some of our training and communications are only available in English (due to our affiliation with Daimler, based in the United States).
  • If you have a technical advisor certification, that's a plus!
