What you’ll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact for service customers—answer calls with a friendly, professional tone.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments for oil changes, brakes, and other minor repairs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
• Provide administrative support to the service team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Pay attention to every detail—because in service, details matter.

What we are looking for:

• A natural people-person who’s comfortable on the phone.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Computer savvy—you’ll be using scheduling systems and email daily.
