Job description

As an Account Manager in the Services division, you will manage client relationships across Ontario and Eastern Canada, specifically focused on ongoing inspections, maintenance, and rehabilitation of existing water infrastructure. The position is relationship-driven, with a strong emphasis on coordination between projects, ensuring inspection schedules are maintained, follow-ups are conducted, and recommended repairs are budgeted and executed in collaboration with technical teams. The position offer $130,000—$150,000 plus bonus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus: Approx. 20% of base salary, performance-based
  • Travel & Car Allowance: Begins with mileage reimbursement.
  • Additional Perks: Laptop, phone, and business travel expenses covered
  • Total First-Year Earnings Potential: Estimated between $150,000–$180,000

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:

  • The Canadian office is located inBurlington, Ontario.
  • The head office is based inDallas/Fort Worth, USA.
  • Work Location: Primarily on the road.
  • In-office training is required at both the Burlington and St. George offices.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure service, engineering, or account management
  • Background in water/wastewater, civil engineering, protective coatings, or municipal infrastructure strongly preferred

TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES

  • Manage ongoing client relationships across Ontario and Eastern Canada
  • Schedule and coordinate infrastructure inspections and routine maintenance
  • Follow up on inspection reports, recommended repairs, and budgeting requirements
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers on structural rehabilitation plans
  • Contribute technical input and specifications for RFPs (excluding full proposal writing)
  • Maintain consistent client engagement between active project phases
  • Identify service expansion opportunities and support long-term client satisfaction
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage activity through CRM systems
  • Act as a technical liaison on protective coatings and rehabilitation processes
  • Support the development of internal processes and service standards as the company expands nationally

OVERNIGHT TRAVEL:

  • Overnight Travel: Estimated at 2–4 overnight trips per month.
