Job summary

Atria Retirement Canada is seeking friendly team members to support residents in a warm dining and service environment. You will engage with residents, take food and beverage orders, and contribute to a hospitable dining experience.

Candidates should enjoy working with older adults, be team players, and comfortable with technology; prior hospitality or caregiving experience is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or caregiving preferred.
• Ability to interact with residents respectfully.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take food and beverage orders, and serve residents.
• Review daily dining menus and schedules with residents.
• Promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere and high level of service.
• Embrace teamwork and collaboration among all staff.
