Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking caring team members to support residents with daily dining services and hospitality. You will help set tables, take orders, and serve residents in a welcoming, respectful manner.

You’ll review menus and dining schedules with residents and collaborate closely with other staff to ensure a high level of service. Ideal candidates show empathy, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit, and are comfortable using technology to assist daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Soft skills for interacting with residents and colleagues.
• Experience delivering courteous service in a team setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and staff.
• Comfortable using technology for scheduling or digital notes.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take food and beverage orders, and serve residents.
• Understand daily menu and dining schedule and communicate with residents.
• Embrace teamwork and collaboration among all staff.
• Provide a friendly, patient, and respectful dining experience for residents.
