Overview

Pursuit Collection, Jasper, AB — Seasonal, Full-time. Location: Jasper, AB. Pay: $15.50/hour. This posting is part of our Spring/Summer, 2025 seasonal hiring.

What will you do in this job?
  • Ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service and exceptional hospitality.
  • Bussing and resetting tables as needed.
  • Taking beverage orders, preparing beverages, and serving guests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating guests and tour groups in the dining area.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of guest areas.
  • Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, while ensuring responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out forms.
  • Work professionally during periods of high volume, ensuring all guests receive an exceptional and consistent dining experience.
  • Provide guests with exceptional service while implementing Pursuit Hospitality Standards.
  • Stocking and maintaining product levels.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous food and beverage experience.
  • Pro-Serve qualification.
  • Must be enthusiastic about hospitality and providing warm, engaging service to high volumes of guests in a professional manner.
  • Comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and dependable.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment at high altitudes. Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail) as the restaurant is at the top of Whistlers Mountain.
  • Secondary language skills an asset.
