The Silver Hotel Group is recruiting a Food & Beverage Server to join its team at The Valhalla Hotel & Conference Centre in Northwestern Ontario. You will provide friendly, timely service and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience, with thorough knowledge of menu offerings and beverage service.

Food & Beverage Server

The hotel is currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Server, responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Server will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner;
• Serve Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic beverages in conjunction with licensing/liquor regulations for residents and non-residents;
• Ensure knowledge of the menu and all products;
• Ensure that floor stations are stocked and tidy at all times;
• Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues;
• Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner;
• Adhere to hotel grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene;
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
