Core Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Engage with guests, provide thoughtful recommendations, and ensure attention to detail.


• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.


• Handle guest concerns professionally and work to resolve them quickly.

Bartending Expertise

• Prepare and serve beverages with accuracy and consistency.


• Maintain a clean, organized bar area.


• Ensure bar equipment is well-maintained and operational.

Team Support

• Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure smooth operations.


• Step in where needed to support teammates and keep service running efficiently.


• Contribute to a positive, welcoming work environment.

Must-Haves

• Experience as a server and/or bartender, or a strong willingness to learn.


• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.


• Valid Serving It Right certification.


• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
