Earls is seeking energetic Servers to join our service team in Canada. You will provide exceptional dining experiences and build authentic connections with guests, delivering engaging service at every interaction.

As a Server, you will be a problem solver and a supportive team player, using your communication skills and menu knowledge to elevate the guest experience. You will adapt to changing situations while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications
