Job summary

Boston Pizza is seeking a Server to lead the guest experience at the table, ensuring guests receive everything from appetizers to desserts with a positive, guest-focused attitude. The role emphasizes hospitality foundations, strong teamwork, and accurate order handling in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading by example, managing time and tasks, communicating clearly, handling payments, and promoting ongoing promotions.

Qualifications

• Provides friendly guest service and ensures guest satisfaction at the table.
• Maintains strong organizational skills and time management to meet service pace.
• Builds relationships with guests and team members to support hospitality standards.
• Demonstrates Foundations of Hospitality, brand standards and food safety.
• Responsible for selling and serving alcohol and handling payments while promoting promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support team members during service.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Process payments and upsell ongoing and upcoming promotions.
• Uphold food safety, brand standards and hospitality policies.

Servers lead the Guest Experience at the table and ensure our Guests have everything they need from appitizers to desserts. Masters of situational service, they tailor their style to meet the needs of our Guests. Servers are responsible for the accuracy of the entire order as well as maintaining a positive and Guest focused attitude through the entire experience. They demonstrate and believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
