Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an SEO Analyst to own search for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, define content priorities, and lead ranking discussions with clients.

You will craft the strategy for technical SEO, keyword emphasis, and content direction, coordinating with writers and AI tools. You’ll manage multi-location SEO and deliver GA4-based reports and quarterly client roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.

What You Will Own

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.

What You Bring
