Qualifications

• Minimum of five years demonstrated intervention and/or executive coaching experience.
• Experience working in a corporate environment preferred.
• Familiarity with EFAP/EAP programs is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual and on-site workplace assessments and conflict resolution.
• Facilitate DEI supports, team building, and sensitivity coaching services.
• Travel to customer locations as required.

Skills

Intervention and executive coaching experience
