Job summary

Yoush Consulting is seeking an experienced Workday Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert, aligning business needs with Workday data structures and features. You will design, configure and test complex Workday modules and reports, while supporting integrations with external systems.

The role requires 3+ years hands-on Workday experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work directly with executives and clients to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday SME with 3+ years configuring HCM modules.
• 2+ years external application integrations experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as Workday expert to align business needs with Workday data structures and functionality.
• Define, document, communicate, implement and test business requirements across projects.
• Analyze, design and develop Workday solutions to optimize and automate processes.
• Provide migration/release support of Workday modifications or integrations.
• Develop and test Workday reports (ReportWriter, Report Designer) and validate data.
• Coordinate and resolve system integration issues and troubleshoot security/tenant management.

We are looking for oneperson to do Workday modeling and extensions as well as supportintegration with Dynamic 365.

Workday Specialist responsibilities include:

• Act as Workday expert to help align business needs withWorkday data structure, features, and functionality.
• Ensure business requirements are clearly defined,documented, communicated, implemented, and tested for all assigned projects.
• Analyze, design and develop solutions and deliver productsto best optimize and automate Workday.
• Provide migration/release support of functionalmodifications, enhancements or integrations to Workday.
• Responsible for complex configuration, customizing anddeveloping Workday components/modules.
• Serve as the Workday SME and be current on the latestreleases, features and best practices.
• Design, develop, configure, and test simple to complexWorkday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT) utilizing Workday ReportWriter and Report Designer
• Provide a cross-functional understanding of data and supportin the validation of reports.
• Coordinate, troubleshoot and manage system integrationissues to resolution.
• Experience with Security management, Tenant management andVendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree: Master's or advanced certificationsstrongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a hands-on Workday SME,configuring and maintaining modules related to HCM, learning, compensation,performance, talent, benefits, recruiting, etc.
• 2+ years doing external application integration.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to workwith internal executive leadership and clients directly to resolve issues.
• Good understanding of HR functional areas, practices,reporting, needs and data analysis.
• Experience with Azure and integration technologies.
• Ability to create project plans and timelines based uponunderstanding of tasks and milestones.
• Ability to drive completion of project phases from discoveryand design through go-live and support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and have aproven ability to work with others.
