Qualifications

• Experience in HCM / Workforce Management application consulting.
• Experience in change management is an asset.
• Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment.
• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to implement an HRIS module or similar solution.
• Understanding of common human capital management business practices.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements and configure the WFM solution.
• Sample delivery of Organizational Readiness consulting.
• Document and validate business requirements.
• Conduct consulting sessions and provide status updates.
• Implement Organizational Readiness best practices.
