Job summary

Amica Little Lake is seeking a Wellness Coordinator on a 12‑month temporary full‑time contract in Ontario. The role focuses on facilitating wellness programs, coordinating assessments, and supporting the Director of Wellness and Neighborhood Coordinator in daily operations.

Qualifications include an RPN diploma with a minimum of three years’ experience, familiarity with CareStream and Yardi, and strong leadership and communication skills for a multidisciplinary team and resident families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an RPN.
• RPN from a recognized program, with a current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Develops and facilitates wellness programs for Assisted and Memory Care neighbourhoods.
• Organizes and tracks in‑service and continuing education for Team Members.
• Manages Resident Care Partners to ensure resident care and interaction.
• Maintains relationships with residents and families; participates in multi‑disciplinary management teams.
• Ensures accurate and timely completion of resident records and assessments.
