Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts seeks a Senior QA Automation Analyst for web applications. You will own end-to-end testing across frontend, backend, and APIs, focusing on automation, reliability, and release readiness.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to ensure quality throughout the software lifecycle. You will design and maintain automated test suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, and expand coverage of critical user journeys.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years working in a QA Automation role.
• College or University diploma in computer science, technology or relevant certifications.
• Demonstrated experience in end to end quality assurance for web based applications, including customer-facing and internal systems.
• Strong grounding in software testing best practices, including test design, risk-based testing, regression strategies, and integration testing.
• Proven ability to identify, document, and analyse defects, collaborating effectively with engineering teams to drive resolution and continuous quality improvement.
• Hands-on experience with test case management and test execution discipline, ensuring traceability, coverage, and clear testing outcomes.
• Required experience contributing to test automation efforts as a core part of the QA role, supporting scalable and repeatable testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle testing across web applications, backend services, and APIs, including functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Analyze requirements, technical specs, and integration docs to design comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineers to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and suites in TestRail.
• Validate user journeys, data flows, and system behavior across workflows.
• Identify, document, and prioritize defects with clear communication.
• Provide release readiness assessments and risk-based quality recommendations.
• Maintain regression suites to ensure stability across releases.
• Monitor testing progress and produce clear test reports and metrics.
• Propose product quality improvements based on testing outcomes.
