A leading engineering consulting firm in Toronto seeks a Senior Water Resources Engineer / Technical Practice Lead to manage water-based projects, provide technical leadership and deliver client-focused solutions while fostering growth in the operational business. As a Senior Water Resources Engineer / Technical Practice Lead, you will take charge of a wide range of challenging and rewarding water-based projects across multiple industry sectors, and, as part of this, use your skills and expertise to provide targeted contributions to client deliverables from start to finish through field planning, desktop-based modelling and design analyses, and technical reporting and reviews. You will also work with other senior colleagues to help shape and run the overall water business through efforts to develop and maintain client relationships and pursuits, lead and grow technical service offerings, mentor and guide junior and intermediate staff, and foster and promote a shared vision
for technical innovation and excellence.
