Job summary

Pixel One is a design studio for ambitious B2B SaaS teams. We embed with our clients, join their standups, and stay with their product as it evolves. We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to own client work from concept through final delivery.

You'll understand the business strategy, identify UX problems, and use design to solve them. You'll work directly with our leadership, our client's leadership, our design leads, and directors of motion and illustration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing digital products (ideally with an agency).
• Excellence in communication, aesthetics, craft, and strategy.
• Expert-level Figma. Comfort with prototyping and motion is a strong plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate work to a teammate.
• Confident communicator who can present and defend work to senior clients and founders.

Responsibilities

• Produce design work at a high quality tier with meticulous attention to craft and completeness.
• Define the design challenge at a strategic level tied to client goals and business vision.
• Build and maintain style kits for a consistent visual language.
• Brief and coordinate specialists and give feedback to keep output aligned with the vision.
• Own projects end to end from brief through final delivery.
