Brookfield Renewable is seeking a Senior Vice President, Technical Services to shape and lead the technical vision for North America. The role reports to the Chief Technical Officer and oversees engineering, operations, and asset optimization across the region, supporting growth, M&A, and decarbonization initiatives.
The incumbent will bring deep expertise in hydro, wind, solar, storage, and other energy technologies, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

The Senior Vice President, Technical Services is a strategic executive leadership role within the Corporate Development Group, responsible for shaping and leading the technical vision and strategy for the North America region. This role reports to the Chief Technical Officer and oversees North America technical due diligence, engineering, construction, operations, and asset optimization, supporting M&A, development, and operational initiatives aligned with the Company’s growth and decarbonization strategy.
The incumbent brings deep expertise in renewable energy technologies that include hydro, wind, solar, energy storage, microgrids, distributed energy resources, biogas, green hydrogen, and emissions abatement, and acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Note: Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfield’s identity. This position requires the employee to be on‑site to perform most effectively.
