A leading consulting firm in Toronto is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The role involves shaping design strategy, mentoring junior designers, and driving the evolution of the design system. We’re looking for a Senior UX designer with 5-7 years of experience who thrives at turning research insights into elegant, accessible interfaces, and coaching others to do the same. If you’re driven by curiosity, energized by complex challenges, and passionate about creating better user experiences, we’d love to have you on our team.
In this role, you’ll help shape design strategy, lead discovery efforts, and scale our design system. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define problems, deliver solutions, and ensure our tools are usable, inclusive, and impactful. You will also provide mentorship and strategic guidance to other members of the design team, fostering growth and driving overall design excellence across projects.
