This role requires collaboration with teams across various departments and expertise in AI systems. Design workflows, interactions, and interfaces with varying levels of fidelity to communicate with peers and partners
Use customer insights derived from analytics and customer interactions to help inform business and design decisions
Help to plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, customer interviews, and co-creation workshops
Lead the development of personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Take an exploratory approach, considering the full range of opportunities across content, interaction, and third-party technologies
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and effectively with product management, engineering, UX research, machine learning, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch
5+ years of related professional experience in UX design
Experience designing for AI powered systems and technologies
Proficiency in Figma for creating high-fidelity prototypes, design systems, and collaborative workflows across teams.
Experience designing Salesforce applications and enterprise workflows, translating complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Demonstrated experience wireframing, prototyping, high and low fidelity mock-ups, designing workflows and interactions using a range of tools and formats at multiple levels of fidelity
Up-to-date expertise in human-centered design best practices
Experience working collaboratively with global development teams and product managers to deliver usable and desired value to customers
Excellent ability to distill complex ideas, and large amounts of data and viewpoints, to their essence
Experience presenting designs to multiple audiences, including software development, product managers, quality assurance, learning content development, marketing, and sales
Demonstrated experience in research such as contextual interviews, ethnography, user testing
Degree or certification in interaction design or related field
Experience designing for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and multi-channel experiences
Experience with Agile software design methods
Experience with Autodesk or comparable competitive products
Experience working with conversational design
Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,300 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
