Job summary

Miratech Group is seeking a Senior UC Engineer to design, deliver, and operate enterprise Unified Communications across the Americas, focusing on Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and related services. You will be the primary incident contact, coordinating with Cisco, telecom carriers, and other UC vendors to ensure reliability and compliance.

Responsibilities include administering Webex platforms, managing voice recording and SIP Trunking, and supporting Teams Meetings and Red Sky

Qualifications

10+ years of Unified Communications engineering/support experience.
Hands-on Cisco Webex Control Hub administration.
Strong knowledge of Webex Calling/Contact Center architecture and SIP Trunking.

Responsibilities

Support and administer Cisco Webex Calling/Contact Center in production.
Manage Voice Recording platforms and ensure compliance.
Support Trading Turret systems (IPC Connexus) for trading floor voice communications.
Coordinate with Telecom Service Providers and vendors for connectivity and escalation.
Lead incident management and vendor escalation for UC platforms.
Support Red Sky (E911) and Microsoft Teams Meetings integration.
Monitor UC platform health using Splunk and manage Call Detail Records (CDR).
Able to work weekends/off-hours for planned changes and maintenance.
