Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and offering customized insurance solutions.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, collaborating closely with Producers and Insurance companies to ensure seamless account handling.
  • Oversee various administrative tasks, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, billing, certificates, binders, quoting, and responding to client inquiries (via phone, email, etc.).
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance internal processes to support the ongoing growth and efficiency of the brokerage.
  • Represent Five Star Insurance at industry events and build lasting relationships with insurance carriers.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
