Job summary

Mining Plus is seeking a Senior Mining Consultant – Underground Mining to join our Canadian team in Vancouver. You will provide technical leadership on underground mining projects, including scoping studies, feasibility work, and NI 43-101 reporting.

You will mentor colleagues, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth while applying experience in mine design, scheduling, and cost modelling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of underground mining experience
• P.Eng designation or eligibility preferred in Canada
• Strong experience in underground mine planning, design and scheduling
• Experience contributing to NI 43-101 technical reports and mining studies

Responsibilities

• Develop and review underground mine designs, schedules, and life-of-mine plans
• Complete Mineral Reserve estimates and support technical reporting
• Deliver Scoping, Pre-Feasibility, and Feasibility Studies
• Conduct technical due diligence, operational reviews, and peer reviews
• Lead and manage consulting projects from planning through delivery
• Mentor team members and build client relationships
