Job summary

Dabadu in Canada is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft user-centered experiences across web and mobile products. You will partner with product managers, developers, and marketing to translate user needs into elegant interfaces and scalable design systems.

You will mentor junior designers, run design reviews, conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and participate in Agile development to ship delightful products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong web/mobile portfolio.
• Strong user-centered design knowledge including research, usability testing, and UX optimization.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite for prototyping.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and UI components.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Design and prototype UI for web and mobile apps; create wireframes and mockups.
• Perform usability testing and iterate based on results.
• Collaborate with product, development, and marketing to implement designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and lead design reviews.
