Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a Treasury system implementation and trade-level data migration using Murex Money Market for a major bank in Toronto. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office (Tues, Wednesday and Thursday) and 2 days remote.

The successful candidate will validate data migration, coordinate with stakeholders, and perform extensive Murex testing and end-to-end validation to ensure accurate reporting and settlement flows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial institutions or equivalent.
• Experience with treasury products and related data.
• Hands-on experience supporting system implementation projects.
• Hands-on testing, including data extract validation and trade input testing.
• Ability to liaise between technology teams and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of payment systems and SWIFT.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Treasury team to capture, prioritise, and deliver requirements on schedule.
• Collaborate with vendors to include required trade fields in the new system.
• Validate data extracts contain all required fields and meet business needs.
• Ensure reporting frequency and timelines align with regulatory requirements.
• Perform Murex testing to validate trade-level data implementation.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, verify trades flow to downstream processes and reporting.
