Job summary

Allied Gold Corporation, a Canadian-based gold producer, seeks a Senior Treasury Analyst to manage daily cash positions, liquidity, forecasting, and banking relationships across multiple currencies and entities.

You will support derivative administration, treasury reporting, and payments processes, collaborating with corporate teams, mine sites, banks, and refiners in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or related function.
  • Experience in mining, commodities, financial services, or multinational environment is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, banking processes, reconciliations, and financial controls.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems and banking platforms is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with corporate teams, mine sites, banks, refiners, streamers, and other external counterparties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash positions, liquidity, funding requirements and short- and long-term cash forecasting across multiple entities, bank accounts and currencies.
  • Manage bank account administration, including KYC requirements, signatory management, and bank fee monitoring.
  • Support the administration of derivative portfolios, including settlements, valuation and monthly reporting.
  • Support the refining and precious metals sales/trading process.
  • Assist and support in the payments process, including managing and monitoring incoming invoices and coordinating with payroll provider.
  • Prepare periodic Treasury reporting and management information, including required reporting under the Company’s sales agreements.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end and audit activities.
  • Maintain strong adherence to Treasury policies, procedures, delegation of authority, and internal control requirements.
  • Ensure treasury activities are appropriately documented and supported and assist with SOX control execution and evidence collection.

Allied Gold is a Canadian-based gold producer with a significant growth profile and mineral endowment which operates a portfolio of three producing assets and other development projects located in Côte d'Ivoire, Mali and Ethiopia. Led by a team of mining executives with operational and development experience and proven success in creating value, Allied Gold aspires to become a mid-tier next generation gold producer in Africa and ultimately a leading senior global gold producer.

Position Summary

The Senior Treasury Analyst will support the Company's global treasury operations with primary responsibility for banking and cash management, gold sales administration, derivative administration, and treasury reporting. Reporting into the VP, Finance and Treasury, the role will work closely with local Treasury, Accounting, commercial teams, banks, refiners, streamers, and other external counterparties.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multinational environment with strong controls and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Total Rewards

The base salary hiring range for this role is CAD $85,000 to CAD $100,000 plus a target company and individual performance based short term and long term incentive bonus, group benefit coverage and a retirement savings plan. The hiring range reflects our targeted compensation framework for the role. The final offer is determined through an evaluation of the candidate’s experience, capabilities, and potential impact, along with consideration of internal equity and benchmark market data for similar positions. In addition, Allied’s total reward package is designed to support employee well-being, performance and development.
