Job summary

A global leader in travel management is seeking a Bilingual Senior Travel Counselor to deliver exceptional travel experiences. This role involves creating travel arrangements, delighting clients, and providing trusted advisory services. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry and demonstrate superior communication skills in both English and French. Certification in TICO is preferred. This position is open for remote home-based or office locations in Canada, including Toronto and Vancouver.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in the travel industry or in a customer service center.
• Ability to handle multi-cultural, sometimes multi-lingual clientele.
• TICO Certified.
