Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a high degree of precision during client account movement to mitigate risk and stay compliant.
• Serve as liaison and SME on multiple topics and own/lead large department objectives.
• Coordinate with branches to support client transitions and ensure a positive client experience.
• Provide coaching and guidance through various communication channels to branches and teams.
• Assist leadership in developing and executing team strategies and measures.
