• 5+ years of middle office roles in energy, commodities, or financial trading.
• 2+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience preparing and distributing daily P&L and risk reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Trade Operations team.
• Oversee daily deal and position validation.
• Coordinate internal and external audit inquiries.
• Ensure accurate workflow configuration across all deals.

Skills

Deep understanding of ETRM systems
