Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, the Senior Total Rewards Specialist will play a key role in shaping and delivering Arterra Wines Canada’s Total Rewards programs across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong compensation expertise with broader Total Rewards exposure, business partnership, analytics, and continuous improvement. With a strong specialization in compensation, this position will lead and support key programs such as salary reviews, short-term and long-term incentives, job evaluation, market benchmarking, compensation analytics, and governance. The role will also contribute to a variety of broader Total Rewards initiatives, including benefits, wellness, recognition, communications, compliance, and process improvement. As a subject matter expert, the Senior Total Rewards Specialist will partner closely with People & Culture colleagues and business leaders to deliver practical, competitive, and employee-focused solutions.
Budgeted Range $75,072 - $103,224. The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
